What is a fan edit? It is a version of a film that has been modified by removing, reordering, or adding material in order to create a new interpretation of that film. This includes the removal of entire scenes, characters and dialogue, replacement of audio and/or visual elements, and even adding deleted scenes or footage from other films.
Here are a few of the fan edits we've made or are currently making. Please make sure you already legally own the original films before watching their respective fan edits!
ROGUE ONE: THE BATTLE OF SCARIF A shortened version of Rogue One that follows the climactic battle sequence at the end of the film. Featuring music by John Williams, a classic Star Wars title crawl and other additions.
FINEST HOUR: A DUNKIRK/DARKEST HOUR SUPERCUT Dunkirk and Darkest Hour both revolved around the same time period of World War II, telling complementary stories related to the famous evacuation of the British Army from Dunkirk. This fan edit/supercut combines both films into a single, sprawling war epic.
